25th of Feb 2022: Registration Start
25th of Aug 2022: Last date of Registration
8th & 9th of Sep 2022: Waiver form signing and athlete band collection
8th & 9th of Sep 2022: (Athlete check-in) Expo 11 am to 5 pm, Unboxing of Bike (Athletes have to pay Rs 300 for unboxing)
Athlete Check-In:
All athletes must complete Athlete Check-In on Thursday or Friday as per schedule. You must bring a valid form of photo ID (Driver's license, Voter's ID, or Passport).
9th Sep 2022:
Trial Swim: 7:00 am to 7:45 am
Bike route recce ride: 8:00 am to 9:30 am
9th of Sep 2022:
Bike Drop at Transition area: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm (Timing tags will be provided to all athletes post bike drop in the transition area, It is Mandatory to deposit the Timing tags when you exit the transition area with your bike. There will be a fine of Rs. 3000 if you lose the Timing tag or misplace it. Athletes will not receive another timing chip and hence will not be allowed to race.
9th of Sep 2022: Mandatory Race Briefing, 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm followed by lunch
