0.950 km (1 Loop) course where full distance athletes will do 4 Loops, Half distance will do 2 loops and Olympic will swim one loop out and back.
This beautiful Flat cycling course in Puri city will help the triathletes to cruise on the course. With single loops covering 30km the Tri.5 athletes will do 90 Km (3 loops) and HercUlean participants will cover 180 Km (6 Loops) bike course.
Running leg is the toughest one for Tri.5 athletes where it gets pleasant for HercUleans. Athletes will run 3.5km out and take a U-Turn to come back to the start point...
HercUlean tri participants will do 6 loops of the course and Tri.5 category participants will be doing 3 loops.
Swim Conduct: Swimmers are not allowed to take shortcuts or wrong turns in the swim. Any such act will leave to disqualification
Bike Conduct:
The cycling course is a 30km loop. Herculean Tri.5 will do the 3 loops and the Herculean Tri will do the 6 loops.
Run Conduct:
The run route is a 7km loop next to the coastal line of puri konark beach.
T1 and T2 will be at the same location and close to the swim start. Only participants are allowed to be in the transition area.
