1st Dec 2023: (Athlete check-in) Waiver form signing and athlete band collection
Expo 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Unboxing of Bike (Athletes have to pay Rs 300 for unboxing)

Athlete Check-In:
All athletes must complete the Athlete Check-In on Wednesday or Thursday as per schedule. You must bring a valid form of photo ID (Driver's license, Voter's ID, or Passport).
1st Dec 2023:
Trial Swim: 6:30 am to 7:30 am
Race Briefing: Mandatory Race Briefing, 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm followed by lunch
Bike Drop at Transition area: 03:00 pm to 7:00 pm (Timing tags will be provided to all athletes post bike drop in the transition area, It is Mandatory to deposit the Timing tags when you exit the transition area with your bike. There will be a fine of Rs. 3000 if you lose the Timing tag or misplace it. Athletes will not receive another timing chip and hence will not be allowed to race.
** Race Briefing and Lunch entry are for participants only, Separate passes need to be bought for Family and Friends.**

Although pre-run foods should be high in carbohydrates avoid any that make you feel full or heavy and in particular, in the 2 to 4 hours before your run avoid the following foods known to cause gastrointestinal distress.
