The Duathlon race on hold for year 2024

Key dates for 1st edition of Puri- Duathlon- Odisha 2024

19th & 20th Dec 2024: Unboxing of Bike (Athletes have to pay Rs 400 for unboxing), Location will be updated closer to the event date. 

20th Dec 2024: (Athlete check-in) Waiver form signing and athlete band collection 

Expo 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, 

Duathlete Check-In:

All athletes must complete the Athlete Check-In on Friday as per schedule. You must bring a valid form of photo ID (Driver's license, Voter's ID, or Passport).

Race Briefing: Mandatory Race Briefing, 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm followed by lunch.

** Race Briefing and Lunch entry are for participants only, Separate passes need to be bought for Family and Friends.**

20th Dec 2024:

Bike Drop at Transition area: 05:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

Timing tags must be deposited upon exiting the transition area with your bike. Losing the tag will result in a Rs. 3000 fine. You won't receive another timing chip and won't be allowed to race without it.

21st Dec 2024: Race Day  

• From 4:30 am to 5:45 am Transition area opens for the final check and transition bag drop.
• 6:15 am: Run start time for both race categories.

22nd of Dec 2024: Awards and Celebration.

•  Participation in the "HercUlean" Duathlon - Odisha 2024 is open to all triathletes above 18 years subject to Herculean Duathlon confirmation criteria. 
• All finishers of the "HercUlean" Duathlon- Odisha 2024 race will get a Finisher Tee shirt & Finisher Medal post-completion.
• To be in tandem with nature, the "HercUlean" Duathlon -Odisha 2024 will go plastic-free. The use of plastic bottles at the venue and on the course will not be advocated. Water shall be made available at the venue and course in paper cups. Cyclists can use their sippers during cycling.
• The transition area will be guarded by volunteers and Team Herculean, Only participants will be allowed to enter the area. But please do not leave your items unattended, Keep them in your street bags. Do not bring any Mobile phone, cash, or any other valuables at the race venue. 
• Mechanical support is provided by the Team & volunteers of HercUlean Triathlon and they will be available at the start point, and the U-Turn.
