Important Information

The Herculean Festival and all its events are owned by Yesto Sports OPC Pvt Ltd. (YTS or Yes to Sports)) and its authorized third-party licensees. YTS has the right to organize, exploit, broadcast, and reproduce the events.

Using the Herculean name, logo, or any part of its intellectual property without explicit permission from YTS is prohibited. Personal data provided by athletes or spectators and the data produced from the event, such as race results, YTS-exclusives property. YTS will take legal action against the unauthorized use or distribution of its intellectual property and personal data.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By registering, you acknowledge that the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event due to adverse weather, major incidents, or restrictions by authority. Confirmed registrations, arrangements, and merchandise are non-refundable and non-transferable. The organizers can reject any application without providing reasons and will refund the amount collected from rejected applications (excluding agency, bank, and payment gateway charges).

If Yes to Sports decides to cancel the event at any point, its liability is limited to the refund of Participation Ticket prices only.
